What are webhooks?

They are events that you can set in Developers Portals -> Event Destinations so that when an event occurs (e.g. order payment) the corresponding order set in Workadu is executed.

Why is it "mandatory" for all eshops?

For each order payment, a same-day document must be issued and sent to your country's tax system.
Otherwise there may be penalties for late transmission.
